Terms and conditions
The terms covering use of this website and any paid advertising work we do together. Scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality and the limits of what I am responsible for.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
These terms are between you and Raghaw Mishra, trading as Digital Raghaw, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Using this site means you accept the website terms below. Engaging me for work means you accept the service terms as well, alongside whatever we agree in writing for your specific project.
2. Using this website
Everything published here is general information about paid advertising. It is not personalised advice for your business, and acting on it without context is your own decision. You may read, share and quote this material with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, scrape it at volume, or present it as your own.
3. What the service covers
Depending on what we agree, work may include Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, conversion tracking implementation, ad account auditing, and the strategy and reporting that surrounds them. The exact scope is set out in writing before anything starts.
Unless it is explicitly agreed in that scope, the following are not included: creative production (video, photography, graphic design), website development, SEO, email marketing, organic social media management, and any advertising platform other than Meta and Google.
4. Fees and payment
- Ongoing work is charged as a flat monthly retainer, agreed in advance.
- Fees are never a percentage of advertising spend.
- Media spend is separate and is paid by you directly to Meta and Google on your own payment method. I never hold your ad budget.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on them.
- Applicable taxes are added where required by law.
- If an invoice remains unpaid, work may be paused after reasonable notice.
5. Term and ending it
Retainers run month to month. Either of us can end the arrangement with 30 days' written notice. During the notice period the work continues normally, and at the end I hand over cleanly: access removed, nothing withheld, no exit fee. There is no minimum term, and I do not use contracts to keep clients who would rather leave.
6. What you own
All of it
Advertising accounts, pixels, tags, conversion setups, audiences, campaign structures, creative assets and all resulting data belong to you and remain in your name from day one. If we stop working together, you keep everything and lose nothing but me. This is not negotiable and it is not a favour.
What I keep is my own general knowledge, methods and templates, which naturally travel with me between clients. Nothing specific to your business travels with them.
7. What I need from you
The work only functions if you provide timely access to the relevant accounts, accurate information about your products, margins and goals, reasonable responsiveness on approvals, and the creative assets we agreed you would supply. Delays on your side move timelines on mine, and where creative supply is the constraint, results will be capped by it regardless of how the account is managed.
8. No guaranteed results
I do not guarantee any advertising outcome. Not return on ad spend, not cost per lead, not revenue, not ranking, not volume. Performance depends on your product, pricing, margin, offer, website, market conditions, competitors and platform decisions, most of which sit outside my control. Any figures, benchmarks or ranges published on this site are observations from the market, not promises and not offers. The disclaimer covers this in more detail and forms part of these terms.
9. Platform decisions
Meta and Google can restrict, suspend or ban accounts, change policies, alter algorithms and adjust reporting without warning or explanation. I will help with appeals and rebuild where I can, but I cannot compel a platform to reverse a decision, and I am not liable for the commercial consequences when one does.
10. Confidentiality
Your business information, data, strategy and results stay confidential. I do not publish client names, screenshots or case studies without written permission, and no permission is assumed from silence. The same obligation applies to you regarding my methods, documents and pricing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability arising from the work is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim arose. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or advertising spend committed on the platforms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Before anyone reaches for a lawyer, we agree to try to resolve things by talking, which in practice has always worked.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated, with the date at the top changing accordingly. For active clients, material changes will be communicated directly rather than left for you to discover.
Please have this reviewed
This is a carefully written document but it is not legal advice and it was not drafted by a lawyer. Before relying on it for your own business, have a qualified professional check it against your jurisdiction and circumstances.
Anything here you want clarified?
Ask before you sign anything. I would much rather answer the awkward question now than discover it later.
