Meta Ads Management
Meta Ads management that turns spend into real sales
Facebook and Instagram ads managed for one outcome: more revenue at a cost per sale you can actually afford. Clean tracking, creative tested on a schedule, and a flat monthly fee that never rises when your budget does. Book a free account review and see where the money is going now.
What is included
What actually goes into the account every month
Not a list of buzzwords. This is the work, and you will see all of it in the monthly report with the reasoning attached.
Account structure that holds
Campaigns built so cold traffic, retargeting and catalogue are not quietly bidding against each other and taking credit for the same sale.
Pixel and Conversions API
Server-side events sending properly, deduplicated against the browser pixel, so consent refusals and ad blockers do not erase a third of your data.
Creative testing on a schedule
New concepts going in on a fixed rhythm with one variable changed at a time. Tested against a fair window, not killed after two days of nerves.
Audience and exclusion hygiene
Broad where broad works, layered where it does not, and exclusions maintained so you stop paying to reach people who bought last week.
Catalogue and feed work
Titles, images and product data cleaned up, because the feed now does most of the targeting that manual audiences used to do.
Reporting on money
Contribution margin, cost per purchase and blended ROAS. Reach and engagement appear only where they explain something about the money.
The honest part
Creative is most of the job now, and I do not shoot it
Meta used to be a targeting game. You could find a narrow audience nobody else had thought of and win on that alone. That advantage has mostly gone. Detailed targeting has been stripped back, broad plus Advantage+ often beats a clever audience stack, and what separates a good account from a bad one is now overwhelmingly the creative.
Which means I should be straight with you about where my job ends. I write the briefs, decide what gets tested and in what order, tell you which angle is worth trying and why, and read the results properly. I do not shoot video, and I do not design graphics.
If you have nobody producing assets, that gap will cap your results long before account structure does. I would rather flag it on the first call than let it become the quiet reason nothing ever scales.
What good creative supply looks like
You do not need a production company. What you need is a steady trickle of raw material:
- Three to six new concepts a month, not one polished film a quarter
- Phone footage that looks like a person, not a brand
- Customer messages, reviews and objections you can turn into hooks
- Someone who can turn a brief around inside a week
Get that right and the account has room to grow. Get it wrong and no amount of bid strategy will save it.
Where the money leaks
Four things I find in almost every account I open
Duplicate attribution
Retargeting taking credit for sales that cold traffic already earned, which makes the wrong campaign look like the winner and gets more budget.
Learning phase never exits
Too many ad sets, too little budget each, endless edits. Nothing ever gets enough conversions to stabilise, so cost per result stays high forever.
Events firing wrong
Purchase fires on the cart page, or twice, or not at all on mobile. The algorithm then optimises hard toward something that is not a sale.
Reporting on gross revenue
A 6x ROAS with a 40% return rate is a 3.6x. If returns and cost of goods are not in the report, the account is being scaled on a fiction.

Meta Ads questions I get most often
Enough that the algorithm can actually learn. Below roughly fifty conversions a month across the account, Meta is guessing and so are you. In practice that means a budget where your cost per purchase multiplied by fifty is comfortably affordable. If it is not, the honest answer is to fix pricing or margin first, because more budget will not rescue weak unit economics.
I write the briefs, decide what gets tested and in what order, and tell you exactly why a concept is being tried. I do not shoot video or design. Creative is most of the job now that targeting has narrowed, so if you have nobody producing assets, that gap will cap your results long before the account structure does.
Less often than you might expect. Constant tinkering resets the learning phase and costs money. I work on a rhythm: structured creative tests going in on a schedule, budget decisions made against a full data window, and losers cut early. Everything that changes is written down in the monthly report with the reason.
It happens, especially in supplements, finance, aesthetics and education. I can help with the appeal and restructure the setup so it does not repeat, but I cannot promise a platform will reverse a decision. Nobody can. What I can do is keep your Business Manager, pixel and assets clean enough that a restriction does not take the whole operation down with it.
