Ad Account Audit

A free ad account audit that finds where your money leaks

A written review of your Meta and Google accounts, your tracking and your landing pages, with every problem ranked by what it is likely costing you in lost sales each month. No sales call dressed up as a review. Yours to keep and act on, whether or not we ever work together.

The process

Four steps, about a week

STEP 01

Read-only access

Ad accounts, analytics, and the store or CRM where relevant. Read-only on purpose. Be wary of anyone asking for admin before showing you anything.

STEP 02

The dig

Ninety days of spend, structure, search terms, audiences, creative, feed, tracking accuracy and the landing pages the traffic actually hits.

STEP 03

The document

Everything written down in plain language, each issue ranked by likely financial impact so you can act on the top three and ignore the rest.

STEP 04

The walkthrough

A call to go through it, argue with it, and ask the awkward questions. Then it is yours to do whatever you like with.

What gets checked

Everything that touches the money

Account structure

Whether campaigns are competing with each other, whether budgets sit where the returns are, and whether anything ever exits the learning phase.

Tracking accuracy

Do the reported conversions match reality? This alone changes the reading of every other number in the account.

Wasted spend

Search terms, placements, audiences and products absorbing budget with nothing to show for it. Usually the fastest money to recover.

Creative and messaging

What is being tested, how often, and whether the winners are winning for a reason you could repeat deliberately.

Feed and catalogue

For eCommerce, feed quality often explains more of the performance gap than anything happening inside the campaigns.

Landing pages

Whether the page answers the promise in the ad. Sometimes the ad account is fine and the website is the problem, and I will say so.

What you get at the end

A document you can hand to anyone. It is written for a business owner, not for another media buyer, which means no acronym goes unexplained and every recommendation comes with an estimate of what it is worth.

Plenty of people take it straight back to the team already running their ads and have them implement it. That is a completely reasonable outcome and I would rather that than replace a team who are doing fine.

It is priced as a standalone piece of work. There is no obligation at the end of it, and I do not chase.

What if the account turns out to be fine?

Then the report will be short and I will say so plainly. It has happened, and it is a much better outcome than inventing problems to justify a retainer.

Usually when the ad account is genuinely healthy, the real constraint is somewhere else entirely: margin, offer, pricing, or a website that loses people at checkout. I will point at it even though it is not work I am selling you.

FAQ

Audit questions people ask first

A written document covering account structure, tracking accuracy, budget allocation, creative, keyword and audience decisions, and the landing pages the traffic lands on. Every issue is ranked by how much money it is likely costing you, so you can act on the top three and ignore the rest if you want. It is yours to keep either way.

No, and plenty of people do not. Some hand the document straight to the team already running their ads, which is a perfectly good outcome. The audit is priced as a standalone piece of work, not as a sales call in disguise.

Read-only access to the ad accounts, analytics and, where relevant, the store or CRM. Read-only is deliberate. I do not need to change anything to tell you what is wrong, and you should be wary of anyone who asks for admin before they have shown you anything.

Then the report will be short and I will say so. That has happened. It is a better outcome than inventing problems to justify a retainer, and it usually means the real constraint is somewhere else, like margin, offer or website conversion rate, which I will point at even though it is not work I am selling you.
