What gets collected when you use this site or work with me, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who is responsible for your data

This site is operated by Raghaw Mishra, trading as Digital Raghaw, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. For anything to do with your personal information, write to digitalraghawofficial@gmail.com and it comes to me directly.

What gets collected

When you fill in the contact form

Your name, email address, website if you give one, what you sell, your rough monthly ad spend, and whatever you write in the message box. That is it. There are no hidden fields and nothing is inferred about you beyond what you type.

When you simply visit

Standard analytics: pages viewed, roughly how long for, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and where you arrived from. If analytics or advertising cookies are running, they may set identifiers in your browser. The cookie policy covers exactly which ones and how to switch them off.

When you become a client

Business contact details, invoicing information, and access to the advertising and analytics accounts we agree on. Ad account data stays inside your own platforms. I look at it to do the work; I do not copy it out, aggregate it, or use it for anyone else.

Why it gets used

  • To reply to you. If you send an enquiry, I use your details to answer it. That is the whole purpose.
  • To do the work. For clients, to manage campaigns, report on them and invoice properly.
  • To understand the site. Aggregate analytics tells me which pages are useful and which are not.
  • To meet legal obligations. Tax and accounting records have to be kept for a set period whether either of us wants to or not.

What does not happen

No list, no sequence, no selling

There is no newsletter. There is no automated email sequence. Your details are not sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing. Filling in the form gets you a reply from a person and nothing else. If I ever start a mailing list, you will have to actively ask to be on it.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the site and the business, and only the minimum each one needs:

  • Web hosting — stores the site and its logs.
  • Form handling — delivers your enquiry to my inbox.
  • Email — where the conversation then lives.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms — where consent allows, for site measurement.
  • Accounting and payments — for client invoicing only.

Some of these are outside India, which means your information may be processed in another country. Where that happens, it is because the service is a standard, widely used provider with its own published safeguards.

How long it is kept

  • Enquiries that do not become work — deleted after 24 months.
  • Client records — kept for 7 years, because tax law requires it.
  • Analytics — retained for the period set in the platform, typically 14 months.
  • Ad account access — removed when we stop working together. You keep everything; I keep nothing.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what I hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, take it elsewhere in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To use any of these, email me. I do not require a form or a specific wording. I will respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner, because there is rarely much to look through.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Accounts use strong unique passwords and two-factor authentication. Access to client advertising accounts is requested at the lowest level that lets me do the job, and it gets removed when the work ends. No system is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent me something, let me know and it will be deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the site after that means the updated version applies.

Worth saying plainly

This is a solid, genuinely written policy, but it was not drafted by a lawyer. If your business operates under strict regulatory requirements, have a qualified professional review it against your own obligations before relying on it.
